Placing Your First Order

Placing your first order with gotyourback is quick and easy. You don’t have to create an account first. You will automatically create your account during your order process. Here are the steps you need to follow to place your first order.

Finding Products

First you will need to browse or search for the items you want to order. Keyword search boxes are located in the upper right hand section of your browser window on almost every page. You can also search by section or product type by use the navigation menu running down the left side of your browser window. When you find the item you are looking for you may click on the picture or the product name to get to the product detail page. The product detail page contains more specific information and choices of size, color, etc.

Adding an Item to Your Shopping Cart

To add items to your cart simply click the “add to cart” button located beneath the product descriptions and options. Once you’ve added a product to your cart your shopping cart summary will appear on your browser. Here you can edit the quantity of the item you are selecting by changing the number in the “quantity box” and selecting the “update cart” button. You can also go back and shop for other products to add to your cart by doing another keyword search or browsing and selecting another product. If you have finished shopping you can click on the “checkout” button to complete your purchase.

Checkout

Review all the items you have placed in your cart. If you have found every thing you need and are ready to proceed, click on the “checkout” button.

Sign-In

Once you have clicked on the “checkout” button an account login section will appear and you will be need to enter your email address and select the “first time customer” option then click the “continue” button. This is the email address where we will be sending your order confirmation and tracking information so please use one that you will have access to while you are waiting for your order to arrive.

Entering Billing, and Shipping Information

Please enter your complete information in all of the boxes marked with a red asterisk. The Billing Information window is most important if you are paying with a credit card. The information you enter here must be identical to the name and address where you receive your credit card statements. If you forget to fill out a box marked with an asterisk that box will be highlighted in red and you will not be able to proceed and finish your order. If your shipping address is the same as your billing address please check the box before proceeding to the next window. Click the “next” button when all of your billing information is complete. If your information is the same in the shipping and billing take a minute to review it. If you are entering new information please make sure to complete all of the boxes marked with asterisks. Please note that you can return to check over any one of your boxes by clicking on the top of any window.

Choosing a Payment Method

Choose your payment method and enter your credit card information if applicable. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. If you are paying by check or money order your payment must be mailed to GotYourBack before your order will ship. Please include your order number on your check or money order. After you have filled out the payment information click the “next” button. You will receive an automatic email confirmation of your order.

Review and Submit Your Order

Please review your billing, shipping and payment method for accuracy. Check the contents in your shopping cart to confirm that your order is complete. If you find an error in the billing, shipping or payment information you may simply go back and correct the error by clicking on the appropriate window tab. If there is an error in the contents of your shopping cart you may click on the “shopping cart” button in the upper right hand corner of your browser and you will have to go through the checkout process again after updating the contents in your shopping cart.
