These Sanskrit chants invoke an ancient and powerful Indian tradition, inflected through my own improvisational style. The hang, didjeridoo, frame drum and other instruments blend with vocals, reflecting the influences of many genres of music.
Francesca Genco is a singer, sound healer, interdisciplinary artist and teacher. She has been singing and playing music since she was a wee tot. From the age of 6, her parents would often find her writing songs at the piano on little pieces of paper with a red pencil. Being quite prolific, she would sometimes write up to 7 songs a day!
