Upon purchase, customer will receive an email containing link to course, a username, and password. There is no DVD sent to customer; this course is delivered online through text and streaming video. Hands-on training is required. Practice Sessions, and a Proctored Practical exam-performed on a licensed massage therapist or esthetician. Once completed certification paperwork is received by provider, certificate is issued via email. Initial enrollment is for 30 days; Extensions are easily granted upon request.
