Got Your Back Clinic Now Open!

About our proprietary treatment

Our treatment, once reserved for high end athletes, is available to you at an affordable price, because our mission is to provide everyone with the star quality care they deserve.

Following the initial intake screen, you will participate in a brief warm up and a few corrective exercises to enhance your treatment effectiveness. Then you will receive specialized and targeted stretches centered around your specific needs and treatment goals. This advanced treatment is fantastic not only for individuals currently suffering from aches, pains, or injury, but also for the individuals who want to prevent any of these from occurring. Athletes can greatly benefit from increased strength/power, mobility, and injury resistance, and adolescents will experience fewer growing pains. Stretching has also been shown to cause relaxation, increase cardiovascular health, and improve posture/function.

As great as all that sounds, your treatment doesn’t have to end there! Bradley is proficient in cupping and trigger point therapy which can easily be incorporated into your treatment. Due to his many certifications, he can be your personal trainer, your strength and conditioning coach, and/or your athletic trainer! Go to him to stay healthy, or to get healthy. Go to him to prevent injury, or to rehabilitate one. Go to him for a specific goal in mind you want to accomplish, or just to get a relaxing treatment.

We also offer acupuncture!

Acupuncture is a traditional Chinese medical approach to bringing balance into one’s life. Acupuncture has been documented to have originated some 2,500 years ago. What has acupuncture been proven to help? Pain, side effects of cancer, depression, anxiety, osteoarthritis, digestion problems, skin problems, colds, flu, allergies, irregular menstrual cycle, infertility to name just a few.
Find out more about the benefits and applications of acupuncture recognized by the National Institute of Health.

We will be offering community style acupuncture. The community style of Acupuncture is not as extensive a treatment as a private session. The treatments are performed on massage tables and the treatment is anywhere between 20 to 30 minutes. Acupuncturists treat points on the scalp, below the elbows and knees to treat the entire body. You will be in a quiet setting surrounded by other people receiving treatment at the same time. Patients find many benefits from the community setting and you can experience treatments with family, friends and community.

About our Acupuncturist

https://www.gotyourback.com/images/aaron.jpgAaron Mittica, L.Ac., Dipl.

Aaron is a licensed acupuncturist and chiropractic assistant. His strong roots in alternative medicine came about at a young age as the son of two local Lafayette Hill chiropractors. After graduating from Drew University with a degree in chemistry and a minor in Biology, he taught Chemistry and Physics for four years before turning to Acupuncture. He attended the Won Institute of Graduate Studies in Glenside, PA, graduating in 2013. Arron has a strong belief that acupuncture is essential for bringing about balance for the body to promote healing. Along with Traditional Chinese Medicine techniques, Aaron practices Five Element Acupuncture - A theory that follows the natural cycles of life and energy movement. Patients have deemed his practices "innovative" and "creative" through his integration of Western and Eastern medicines; combining both to treat the whole patient, not just the symptoms.
