Mu-Xing Therapy
Mu-Xing Therapy is a unique massage using warm rosewood and bamboo massage tools. The warmth of the tools helps to melt muscular tension.Mu-Xing promotes deep relaxation, helps to reduce tension and restore proper posture.

Swedish
Swedish Massage uses firm but gentle pressure to ease muscle tension, increase oxygen flow in the blood, and promote relaxation. Smooth, gliding strokes are used in addition to kneading, friction, and gentle stretching.  The benefits of Swedish massage include increased blood circulation, mental and physical relaxation, decreased stress and muscle tension, and improved range of motion.

Sports Massage
Sports massage is a type of Swedish massage that stimulates circulation of blood and lymph fluids. Originally developed for athletes, Sports Massage prepare the body for optimal performance, recover after a big event, or function well during training. Sports massage emphasizes prevention and healing of injuries to the muscles and tendons.

Deep Tissue
Deep Tissue massage uses many of the same movements and techniques as Swedish massage, but the pressure will generally be more intense. It is also a more focused type of massage, as the therapist works to release chronic muscle tension or knots.  It is especially helpful for chronically tense and contracted areas such as stiff necks, low back tightness, and sore shoulders.

Shiatsu
Shiatsu is a form of bodywork based on the traditions of Chinese Medicine. It uses the same basic meridians and points as acupuncture, but the practitioner uses their hands and fingers instead of needles. Sessions incorporate gentle stretching, muscle massage, and controlled pressure on selected meridian points.

Reflexology
Reflexology is a type of bodywork the focuses primarily on the feet. The practitioner uses finger, thumb, and hand pressure to massage reflex points on the feet and hands that are connected to every part of the body.

Hot Stones
Hot Stone Massage is a deeply relaxing and therapeutic full body massage using heated stones. The heat warms and relaxes the muscles, which allows the therapist to apply deeper pressure, if desired. The warmth of the hot stones improves circulation and calms the nervous system.
